SerwiFlow (a brand operated by IMMOGROWTH SP. Z O.O.) provides an online platform enabling contact between clients seeking certified translation services and independent translators.
SerwiFlow does not provide translation services and is not a party to any agreement concluded between users.
For the purposes of these Terms:
The Platform enables Users to:
Any agreement for the provision of translation services is concluded directly between the Client and the Translator.
SerwiFlow does not control, supervise, or guarantee the execution of such services.
Access to certain functionalities requires creating an account.
Users are responsible for:
SerwiFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, breach of these Terms, or unlawful activity.
Translators using the Platform declare that they are legally authorized to provide translation services and, where applicable, that they hold the certifications they claim (including sworn-translator status and any official register number).
Each Translator is solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information displayed on their profile, including languages, sworn-language qualifications, register numbers, and the scope of services offered.
SerwiFlow may request supporting documents and may carry out checks on a best-effort basis. Where SerwiFlow displays a “Verified” indicator, this means only that a document has been submitted and reviewed on a best-effort basis; it does not constitute a guarantee or independent confirmation of the authenticity, validity, or current scope of any Translator’s credentials.
SerwiFlow is not the author of profile content and does not guarantee its accuracy. Each Translator remains fully responsible for their qualifications, legal compliance, and the services they provide, and shall indemnify SerwiFlow against any third-party claim arising from inaccurate or unlawful profile content. SerwiFlow will act on any reported inaccuracy within a reasonable time and may suspend or remove non-compliant profiles.
Access to the Platform for Translators is subject to a paid monthly Subscription.
The Subscription:
SerwiFlow does not guarantee any minimum number of requests, clients, or income.
Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider, Stripe.
SerwiFlow does not store or process payment card data.
By using the Platform, Users agree to comply with the terms and conditions of Stripe.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
The Subscription is paid exclusively by Translators. Clients do not pay any fee to SerwiFlow, and this section does not apply to them.
A Translator may cancel their Subscription at any time to prevent renewal for the next billing period.
Translators who are consumers or sole traders treated as consumers. A Translator who is a consumer, or a sole trader (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) entering into the Subscription where it is not directly connected with their professional activity and is treated as a consumer under Polish law, has the right to withdraw from the agreement within fourteen (14) days of its conclusion, without giving any reason, by informing SerwiFlow at contact@serwiflow.com.
If such a Translator expressly requests that access to the paid Platform begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and acknowledges that they will lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal ceases once the service has been fully performed. Where the service has only been partially performed at the time of withdrawal, the Translator pays an amount proportional to what has been provided up to that point.
Other Translators (businesses). For Translators acting in direct connection with their professional or business activity (including companies and sole traders outside the case above), fees paid for a Subscription are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SerwiFlow shall not be liable for:
In any case, the total liability of SerwiFlow shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits SerwiFlow’s liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by mandatory law, in particular for damage caused intentionally (wina umyślna) or for harm to life or health.
The Platform is hosted and operated using third-party services, including GitHub, Netlify, Supabase, and IONOS.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure availability and security, SerwiFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.
All rights to the Platform, including its content, design, and code, are owned by IMMOGROWTH SP. Z O.O. (operating under the brand “SerwiFlow”) or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
Users may submit complaints regarding the operation of the Platform by contacting: contact@serwiflow.com.
SerwiFlow will review complaints within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding 14 days.
SerwiFlow reserves the right to modify these Terms. Minor or technical changes take effect upon publication on the Platform.
For material changes affecting registered Users with an active Subscription, SerwiFlow will notify the affected Users by email at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. A User who does not accept the changes may cancel their Subscription before the new version becomes effective; continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Polityka Prywatności), available at www.serwiflow.com/en/privacy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy describes the controller, the purposes and legal bases of processing, the processors used (including Stripe, Supabase, and the hosting providers listed in §10), retention periods, and the rights of data subjects under the GDPR (RODO).
A consumer may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, to resolve disputes out of court. SerwiFlow’s contact email for this purpose is contact@serwiflow.com.
