§1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the website available at www.serwiflow.com (the “Platform”).

The Platform is operated by:

SerwiFlow provides an online platform enabling contact between clients seeking certified translation services and independent translators.

SerwiFlow does not provide translation services and is not a party to any agreement concluded between users.

§2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• “Platform” means the SerwiFlow website,
• “User” means any person accessing or using the Platform,
• “Client” means a user seeking translation services,
• “Translator” means an independent professional offering translation services,
• “Services” means translation services provided by Translators,
• “Subscription” means the paid access granted to Translators.

§3. Scope of Services

The Platform enables Users to:

• submit requests for translation,
• connect with Translators,
• exchange information and contact details.

Any agreement for the provision of translation services is concluded directly between the Client and the Translator.

SerwiFlow does not control, supervise, or guarantee the execution of such services.

§4. User Accounts

Access to certain functionalities requires creating an account.

Users are responsible for:

• providing accurate information,
• maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

SerwiFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, breach of these Terms, or unlawful activity.

§5. Translator Verification and Status

Translators using the Platform declare that they are legally authorized to provide translation services and, where applicable, hold the necessary certifications.

SerwiFlow may request supporting documents or verify information provided by Translators.

However, verification is conducted on a best-effort basis, and SerwiFlow does not guarantee the authenticity, validity, or completeness of any credentials.

Each Translator remains fully responsible for their qualifications, legal compliance, and the services they provide.

§6. Subscription and Fees

Access to the Platform for Translators is subject to a paid monthly Subscription.

The Subscription:

• renews automatically at the end of each billing period,
• may be canceled at any time with effect at the end of the current period.

SerwiFlow does not guarantee any minimum number of requests, clients, or income.

§7. Payments

Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider, Stripe.

SerwiFlow does not store or process payment card data.

By using the Platform, Users agree to comply with the terms and conditions of Stripe.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

§8. Refunds and Cancellation

Fees paid for a Subscription are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

Users may cancel their Subscription at any time to prevent renewal for the next period.

§9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SerwiFlow shall not be liable for:

• the performance or quality of services provided by Translators,
• any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities,
• any indirect or consequential damages.

In any case, the total liability of SerwiFlow shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

§10. Technical Infrastructure

The Platform is hosted and operated using third-party services, including GitHub, Netlify, Supabase, and IONOS.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure availability and security, SerwiFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

§11. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform, including its content, design, and code, are owned by SerwiFlow or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

§12. Complaints

Users may submit complaints regarding the operation of the Platform by contacting: contact@serwiflow.com.

SerwiFlow will review complaints within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding 14 days.

§13. Changes to the Terms

SerwiFlow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

The updated version will be effective upon publication on the Platform.

§14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by Polish law.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland.

Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady korzystania z serwisu internetowego dostępnego pod adresem www.serwiflow.com (dalej: „Platforma").

Platforma jest prowadzona przez:

SerwiFlow udostępnia platformę internetową umożliwiającą kontakt między klientami poszukującymi usług tłumaczeń przysięgłych a niezależnymi tłumaczami.

SerwiFlow nie świadczy usług tłumaczeniowych i nie jest stroną żadnej umowy zawieranej między użytkownikami.

§2. Definicje

Na potrzeby niniejszego Regulaminu:

• „Platforma" oznacza serwis internetowy SerwiFlow,
• „Użytkownik" oznacza każdą osobę uzyskującą dostęp do Platformy lub z niej korzystającą,
• „Klient" oznacza użytkownika poszukującego usług tłumaczeniowych,
• „Tłumacz" oznacza niezależnego profesjonalistę oferującego usługi tłumaczeniowe,
• „Usługi" oznaczają usługi tłumaczeniowe świadczone przez Tłumaczy,
• „Subskrypcja" oznacza płatny dostęp przyznawany Tłumaczom.

§3. Zakres usług

Platforma umożliwia Użytkownikom:

• składanie zapytań dotyczących tłumaczeń,
• nawiązywanie kontaktu z Tłumaczami,
• wymianę informacji i danych kontaktowych.

Umowa o świadczenie usług tłumaczeniowych jest zawierana bezpośrednio między Klientem a Tłumaczem.

SerwiFlow nie kontroluje, nie nadzoruje ani nie gwarantuje realizacji takich usług.

§4. Konta użytkowników

Dostęp do niektórych funkcjonalności wymaga założenia konta.

Użytkownicy są odpowiedzialni za:

• podawanie prawdziwych informacji,
• zachowanie poufności danych logowania.

SerwiFlow zastrzega sobie prawo do zawieszenia lub usunięcia kont w przypadku nadużyć, naruszenia niniejszego Regulaminu lub działalności niezgodnej z prawem.

§5. Weryfikacja i status Tłumacza

Tłumacze korzystający z Platformy oświadczają, że są uprawnieni do świadczenia usług tłumaczeniowych oraz, w stosownych przypadkach, posiadają wymagane certyfikaty.

SerwiFlow może żądać dokumentów potwierdzających lub weryfikować informacje podane przez Tłumaczy.

Weryfikacja jest jednak przeprowadzana na zasadzie dołożenia należytej staranności i SerwiFlow nie gwarantuje autentyczności, ważności ani kompletności jakichkolwiek poświadczeń.

Każdy Tłumacz ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność za swoje kwalifikacje, zgodność z przepisami prawa oraz świadczone usługi.

§6. Subskrypcja i opłaty

Dostęp do Platformy dla Tłumaczy jest odpłatny i odbywa się w ramach miesięcznej Subskrypcji.

Subskrypcja:

• odnawia się automatycznie po zakończeniu każdego okresu rozliczeniowego,
• może być anulowana w dowolnym momencie ze skutkiem na koniec bieżącego okresu.

SerwiFlow nie gwarantuje żadnej minimalnej liczby zapytań, klientów ani dochodów.

§7. Płatności

Płatności są przetwarzane za pośrednictwem zewnętrznego dostawcy usług płatniczych – Stripe.

SerwiFlow nie przechowuje ani nie przetwarza danych kart płatniczych.

Korzystając z Platformy, Użytkownicy wyrażają zgodę na przestrzeganie regulaminu serwisu Stripe.

Nieuiszczenie płatności może skutkować zawieszeniem lub utratą dostępu.

§8. Zwroty i anulowanie

Opłaty uiszczone za Subskrypcję nie podlegają zwrotowi po rozpoczęciu okresu rozliczeniowego.

Użytkownicy mogą anulować Subskrypcję w dowolnym momencie, aby zapobiec jej odnowieniu na kolejny okres.

§9. Ograniczenie odpowiedzialności

W maksymalnym zakresie dozwolonym przez prawo, SerwiFlow nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za:

• realizację ani jakość usług świadczonych przez Tłumaczy,
• utratę zysków, przychodów, danych lub możliwości biznesowych,
• jakiekolwiek szkody pośrednie lub następcze.

W każdym przypadku całkowita odpowiedzialność SerwiFlow nie może przekroczyć łącznej kwoty zapłaconej przez Użytkownika w ciągu trzech (3) miesięcy poprzedzających roszczenie.

§10. Infrastruktura techniczna

Platforma jest hostowana i obsługiwana przy użyciu usług podmiotów trzecich, w tym GitHub, Netlify, Supabase i IONOS.

Mimo podejmowania uzasadnionych starań w celu zapewnienia dostępności i bezpieczeństwa, SerwiFlow nie gwarantuje nieprzerwanego dostępu do Platformy.

§11. Własność intelektualna

Wszelkie prawa do Platformy, w tym do jej treści, projektu i kodu, należą do SerwiFlow lub jego licencjodawców.

Użytkownicy nie mogą kopiować, reprodukować ani wykorzystywać żadnej części Platformy bez uprzedniej pisemnej zgody.

§12. Reklamacje

Użytkownicy mogą składać reklamacje dotyczące działania Platformy, kontaktując się pod adresem: contact@serwiflow.com.

SerwiFlow rozpatruje reklamacje w rozsądnym terminie, nie dłuższym niż 14 dni.

§13. Zmiany Regulaminu

SerwiFlow zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany niniejszego Regulaminu w dowolnym momencie.

Zaktualizowana wersja wchodzi w życie z chwilą jej opublikowania na Platformie.

§14. Prawo właściwe

Niniejszy Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu.

Wszelkie spory będą rozstrzygane przez właściwe sądy w Polsce.
